Joining Geist Consulting in 2025, Logann works closely with the CEO to support daily operations, strategic planning, and business development initiatives. She plays a key role in helping refine organizational analysis, support decision-making, and ensure consistent execution—particularly in working with new consultants and their managers to ensure operational alignment and accountability. She also supports human resource functions, contributing to the sourcing, onboarding, and integration of new team members. With a strong focus on execution and communication, she helps keep leadership priorities moving forward while maintaining close coordination with the CEO.
