Joining Geist Consulting in 2020, Jamie brings over 20 years of clinical and executive level experience. Having worked with several large regional and national healthcare organizations, as well as private physician groups, Jamie has gained considerable knowledge and expertise in both the hospital and physician services areas, while working with virtually every specialty. Jamie earned a Master of Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University, is an active North Carolina Real Estate Broker, and is also a licensed Instrument Rated Commercial Pilot. Jamie’s strengths and areas of specific interests are leadership, team execution strategies, physician alignment, and delivering consistent execution of financial goals through revenue enhancement. Jamie is currently both an Executive Consultant in Geist Consulting's Hospital Revenue Division, as well as our Physician's Division, and serving the Western North Carolina area.

When Jamie Maiella is not helping hospitals and physician practices with Geist Consulting, he finds time to enjoy traveling, as he is an accomplished pilot. You can also find Jamie on the links in his spare time, and enjoying his favorite type of music, the blues! Some of the causes closest to Jamie's heart are supporting his church, and the Humane Society.
