ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Help Consultants succeed while maintaining Geist’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), territory strategy, reporting expectations, training standards, and professional requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary coaching, management, and support resource for assigned MPSD Consultants.

• Supporting recruiting, candidate evaluation, onboarding, training, and field readiness.

• Coaching relationship development, follow-up, persistence, and professional field execution.

• Leading the weekly Regional Team Zoom. (approximately 30 minutes)

• Attending the weekly Management Zoom Meeting. (approximately 1 hour)

• Reviewing pipeline activity, newly identified prospects, and active opportunities.

• Helping Consultants execute their assigned GETIS™/PRISM™ territories.

• Addressing stalled opportunities and performance concerns with practical next steps.

• Providing accountability without micromanagement.

• Reinforcing communication, reporting, compliance, territory, and SOP requirements.

• Developing additional District Managers, and delegating responsibilites.

COMMUNICATION IS PARAMOUNT

The Regional Manager stays closely connected with Consultants throughout the workweek and maintains frequent, direct communication with the Chief of Staff and CEO.

We seek someone who communicates proactively, keeps people informed, addresses concerns promptly, and raises important issues without waiting for a scheduled meeting.

WHAT GEIST PROVIDES

• GETIS™/PRISM™ researched territories with highly qualified prospects for team.

• Structured Consultant onboarding and training.

• Healthcare compliance and HIPAA training.

• Field-readiness standards and authorization requirements.

• Established Consultant agreements and SOPs.

• Pipeline reporting and prospect-registration systems.

• Direct Chief of Staff and CEO support.

• Partner support for technical presentations and closing.

• Company email, calendars, shared systems, business cards, and operating resources.

• An expanding healthcare-technology portfolio.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We especially welcome medical spa, wellness center, aesthetics, and esthetics professionals whose experience includes business growth, client relationships, team development, or leadership. Medical-device, pharmaceutical, healthcare-technology, B2B, and field-sales professionals are also encouraged to apply.

Healthcare experience is valuable, but dependability, responsibility, leadership ability, judgment, communication, and productive relationship / people skills are vital.

The right candidate will:

• Enjoy coaching and developing people.

• Balance accountability with respect for independently motivated professionals.

• Handle direct, professional conversations about performance and follow-through.

• Value organization, systems, and consistent operating standards.

• Exercise sound independent business judgment.

• Be comfortable with Zoom, Google Workspace, shared calendars, and pipeline/reporting systems.

• Be independently motivated to succeed.

• Accept growing leadership responsibilities as the region scales.

• Understand and accept independent-contractor, performance-based compensation.

INDEPENDENT-CONTRACTOR & COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

This is an independent-contractor opportunity with performance-based revenue participation. It is not a salaried position. The role begins with 10 consistent hours per week. Time requirements may increase as Region continues to expand and regional responsibilities grow, along side increased revenue sharing.

Compensation is tied directly to qualifying MPSD revenue generated through Consultants assigned to the Manager’s region and actually received by Geist Consulting. The structure also provides additional participation tied to other qualifying MPSD regions outside the assigned region with appropriate collaboration and team support.

Geist Consulting's current financial model illustrates potential annual revenue participation of approximately $182,000 in Year 2, based on a fully developed region of ten productive Consultants.

These projections are illustrative, not guaranteed earnings. Actual compensation depends on regional growth, practice conversions, patient enrollment, retention, and revenue collected by Geist Consulting.

This is a performance-based independent-contractor opportunity with no guaranteed salary, draw, retainer, or minimum income. Complete compensation terms are reviewed with qualified candidates before engagement.

FLEXIBILITY WITH RESPONSIBILITY

The Regional Manager has flexibility in carrying out the role while meeting company SOPs, Consultant needs, required meetings, compliance standards, communication expectations, and regional responsibilities. Part-time does not mean disengaged, just that it's a flexible, reduced-hour starting commitment. The Regional Manager will strengthen regional culture, communication, accountability, and performance as Consultants and markets are added, while helping develop district-level leadership across Southern Gulf, Heartland, Ohio Valley, and Great Lakes.

HOW TO APPLY

Paste your current résumé outlining your background and relevant leadership, business-development, sales, healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or management experience.

Qualified candidates may be invited to a discussion with Geist leadership.

The selected candidate should generally be prepared to begin within two to four weeks after acceptance, followed by onboarding, training, and preparation. Reasonable timing flexibility is available for an exceptional candidate.

If you enjoy developing people, building professional relationships, and growing an organization—and are comfortable with a flexible, independent-contractor, performance-based opportunity, we welcome the opportunity to learn more about you.

Job Overview

Executive Healthcare Technology Consultant – Business Development

Medical Practice Solutions Division (MPSD)

Geist Consulting LLC | Chattanooga, TN

Independent Contractor | Commission-Only / Performance-Based |

Flexible Part-Time Start

A RELATIONSHIP-DRIVEN HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY

Geist Consulting LLC is recruiting a Healthcare Business Development Consultant to develop physician-practice relationships throughout the Chattanooga, TN market.

We are looking for mature, relationship-oriented professionals who enjoy developing business, meeting people face-to-face, building trusted relationships, and working with healthcare decision makers in an energetic, positive environment.

Our Consultants primarily work with independent physician practices and smaller medical groups, helping introduce healthcare technologies that can improve patient care, strengthen operations, increase efficiency, and create scalable growth opportunities.

Geist provides extensive two-week training, management support, intelligence researched territories, qualified prospects, technology-partner resources, and operating structure. The Consultant's primary role is to develop relationships and move qualified opportunities forward.

ABOUT GEIST CONSULTING

Founded in 2017, Geist Consulting LLC is a healthcare-technology channel-partner marketing and business development firm.

Our Medical Practice Solutions Division (MPSD) works with technologies including Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic Care Management, AI documentation and scribe solutions, telemedicine, specialty software, and other practice-level healthcare technologies.

Consultants are not expected to become technical product experts or independently close complex healthcare-technology transactions. Their focus is on opening doors, developing relationships, identifying appropriate interest, and connecting qualified prospects with experienced technology partners who provide deeper product, technical, implementation, workflow, and closing expertise.

RESEARCHED TERRITORIES. QUALIFIED OPPORTUNITIES.

Geist provides researched territories and qualified physician-practice prospects, supported by our proprietary GETIS™ and PRISM™ market-intelligence systems. This allows Consultants to spend more of their available field time developing professional relationships and following up with qualified opportunities rather than building prospect lists from scratch.

THE CONSULTANT ROLE

Executive Healthcare Consultants professionally develop relationships with medical practices and healthcare decision-makers within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities include:

 Conducting professional in-person visits with assigned physician practices and smaller medical groups.

 Developing relationships with physicians, practice administrators, office managers, and other appropriate decision-makers.

 Introducing approved Geist-supported healthcare technologies and identifying potential interest.

 Moving qualified opportunities toward technology-partner presentations.

 Maintaining professional, persistent follow-up as opportunities develop.

 Maintaining timely and accurate prospect, opportunity, and account reporting.

 Participating in scheduled coaching, pipeline review, and Consultant meetings.

 Communicating consistently with Geist management regarding opportunities, territory progress, questions, and challenges.

 Following approved healthcare compliance, privacy, marketing, and professional-conduct requirements.

Geist's field-development philosophy emphasizes C.P.C. - Communication / Persistency / Consistency. Strong healthcare relationships are often developed over multiple professional contacts, and Consultants are supported throughout that process.

FLEXIBILITY WITH PROFESSIONAL STRUCTURE

This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity designed to provide meaningful scheduling flexibility.

Consultants should initially be prepared to commit a minimum 10 hours per week, with approximately five of those hours available during normal business hours when physician practices and their decision-makers are accessible. Consultants can feel free to dedicate 20 hours in this part-time position if so desired.

Consultants generally control how they organize their schedules while meeting established territory, communication, reporting, meeting, compliance, and performance expectations.

TRAINING AND FIELD READINESS

Geist provides structured onboarding and training before a Consultant independently enters the field. New Consultants complete company onboarding, structured business-development, healthcare-technology training, compliance preparation, and field-readiness activities, followed by supported initial field activity.

Consultants must successfully complete applicable HIPAA, healthcare compliance, training, and field-readiness requirements before receiving independent field authorization.

WHAT GEIST PROVIDES

 Researched territories and qualified physician-practice prospects.

 Proprietary GETIS™ and PRISM™ market-intelligence systems.

 Structured onboarding, Consultant training, and Standard Operating Procedures.

 Healthcare compliance and HIPAA training.

 Ongoing management, coaching, and pipeline review.

 Technology-partner presentations and technical support.

 Prospect-registration and account-protection procedures.

 Company reporting, communication, and operating tools.

 Professional marketing and field-support materials.

 An expanding healthcare-technology portfolio and strategic partner network.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are especially interested in professionals with backgrounds in B2B sales, medical or healthcare sales, healthcare technology, business development, account management, professional services, entrepreneurship, or relationship-driven outside sales. Healthcare experience is valuable, but equally important are maturity, communication skills, professionalism, persistence, judgment, and the ability to build productive relationships.

 Comfortable communicating with physicians, practice administrators, and business decision makers.

 Able to work independently while remaining accountable to an established process.

 Organized and capable of managing multiple active relationships and follow-up schedules.

 Coachable and willing to follow established Standard Operating Procedures.

 Comfortable with common Google Workspace business technology, and online reporting systems.

 Reliable transportation and willingness to conduct in-person field development.

COMPENSATION

This is a 1099 independent-contractor, commission-only / performance-based opportunity. There is no base salary, hourly wage, draw, retainer, or guaranteed minimum income.

Consultant compensation is tied to qualifying business developed through properly assigned accounts and qualifying revenue actually received by Geist Consulting. The compensation structure includes the potential for ongoing recurring participation from qualifying accounts and is designed to scale as successful business develops.

As a Consultant's portfolio matures, the compensation model can become highly competitive within the healthcare business development industry.

Modeled Year 3 annual compensation is approximately $83,000–$95,000. These figures represent modeled territory outcomes based on Geist Consulting’s current data-informed territory projections, proprietary market intelligence, and current operating model. These projections also rely on successful territory development, qualifying account conversions, patient enrollment, account retention, collections, and the Consultant compensation structure currently in effect.

The Geist territory model projects approximately a three-year field-development runway, with qualifying accounts and recurring revenue continuing to mature over a five-year modeled earnings horizon. As the territory matures beyond Year 3, annual recurring compensation may continue to increase based on account performance, patient growth, retention, collections, and other modeled factors. The three (3) year figures are planning illustrations and are not guaranteed earnings.

Actual compensation varies and is not guaranteed. Qualified candidates who advance to a second interview will receive a more detailed discussion of the territory model, performance assumptions, and potential compensation outcomes.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

 Be legally authorized to work in the United States.

 Be able to enter into an independent-contractor agreement with Geist Consulting LLC.

 Maintain a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and appropriate automobile insurance.

 Be able to commit approximately 10 hours per week initially, including approximately five hours during normal business hours.

 Successfully complete required onboarding, training, compliance, and field-readiness requirements.

 Maintain professional conduct, reliable communication, accurate reporting, and compliance with Geist Standard Operating Procedures.

APPLYING

Learn more about us at GeistConsulting.com

Please submit a current resume through Indeed outlining your professional background and relevant experience in sales, healthcare, business development, account management, entrepreneurship, or other relationship-driven professional work.

Qualified candidates may be invited to an initial screening conversation followed by additional discussion regarding the opportunity, the Chattanooga territory, training process, and compensation structure.

For the right professional, this opportunity combines schedule flexibility, a researched territory, qualified prospects, structured training, ongoing management support, recurring compensation potential, and an expanding healthcare-technology portfolio.
