We welcome backgrounds in medical spas, wellness centers, aesthetics, esthetics, medical-device sales, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare, B2B sales, and business development. Experience building a team, coaching others, or managing a team is especially valuable.

A FOUR-YEAR DEGREE NOT REQUIRED. We emphasize communication, demonstrated leadership, sound judgment, consistent follow-through, and the ability to help others succeed.

The Regional Manager is the primary Consultant-facing leader for MPSD Consultants in the Central Region and works directly with Geist’s Chief of Staff and CEO.

Our MPSD Consultants primarily serve independent physician practices and smaller medical groups. They receive structured training, management support, researched territories, qualified prospects, and ongoing coaching.

Our proprietary GETIS™ and PRISM™ systems identify, qualify, prioritize, and organize physician-practice opportunities before assignment. Consultants open doors, develop relationships, identify interest, and move qualified opportunities toward partner presentations. Our partners provide deeper product, technical, implementation, and closing expertise.

Our MPSD portfolio includes Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic Care Management, AI documentation and scribe technologies, telemedicine, and other practice-level solutions, with additional offerings added through partnerships.

CENTRAL REGION INCLUDES:

• Southern Gulf District (Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee)

• Heartland District (Minnesota, lowa, Missouri, Arkansas; Southern Illinois)

• Ohio Valley District (Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia)

• Great Lakes District (Northern Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan)

The Regional Manager remotely oversees assigned Consultants across the Central Region, supporting recruitment, training, accountability, and growth. As Geist Consulting continues to expand, the Regional Manager may also help develop and mentor District Managers while maintaining regional oversight.

Remote-Based | Field Travel Not Required

Optional Consultant / Management ride-alongs or independent practice visits may be arranged for training or authorized field opportunities. All field participation is voluntary.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Help Consultants succeed while maintaining Geist’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), territory strategy, reporting expectations, training standards, and professional requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary coaching, management, and support resource for assigned MPSD Consultants.

• Supporting recruiting, candidate evaluation, onboarding, training, and field readiness.

• Coaching relationship development, follow-up, persistence, and professional field execution.

• Leading the weekly Regional Team Zoom. (approximately 30 minutes)

• Attending the weekly Management Zoom Meeting. (approximately 1 hour)

• Reviewing pipeline activity, newly identified prospects, and active opportunities.

• Helping Consultants execute their assigned GETIS™/PRISM™ territories.

• Addressing stalled opportunities and performance concerns with practical next steps.

• Providing accountability without micromanagement.

• Reinforcing communication, reporting, compliance, territory, and SOP requirements.

• Developing additional District Managers, and delegating responsibilites.

COMMUNICATION IS PARAMOUNT

The Regional Manager stays closely connected with Consultants throughout the workweek and maintains frequent, direct communication with the Chief of Staff and CEO.

We seek someone who communicates proactively, keeps people informed, addresses concerns promptly, and raises important issues without waiting for a scheduled meeting.

WHAT GEIST PROVIDES

• GETIS™/PRISM™ researched territories with highly qualified prospects for team.

• Structured Consultant onboarding and training.

• Healthcare compliance and HIPAA training.

• Field-readiness standards and authorization requirements.

• Established Consultant agreements and SOPs.

• Pipeline reporting and prospect-registration systems.

• Direct Chief of Staff and CEO support.

• Partner support for technical presentations and closing.

• Company email, calendars, shared systems, business cards, and operating resources.

• An expanding healthcare-technology portfolio.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We especially welcome medical spa, wellness center, aesthetics, and esthetics professionals whose experience includes business growth, client relationships, team development, or leadership. Medical-device, pharmaceutical, healthcare-technology, B2B, and field-sales professionals are also encouraged to apply.

Healthcare experience is valuable, but dependability, responsibility, leadership ability, judgment, communication, and productive relationship / people skills are vital.

The right candidate will:

• Enjoy coaching and developing people.

• Balance accountability with respect for independently motivated professionals.

• Handle direct, professional conversations about performance and follow-through.

• Value organization, systems, and consistent operating standards.

• Exercise sound independent business judgment.

• Be comfortable with Zoom, Google Workspace, shared calendars, and pipeline/reporting systems.

• Be independently motivated to succeed.

• Accept growing leadership responsibilities as the region scales.

• Understand and accept independent-contractor, performance-based compensation.

INDEPENDENT-CONTRACTOR & COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

This is an independent-contractor opportunity with performance-based revenue participation. It is not a salaried position. The role begins with 10 consistent hours per week. Time requirements may increase as Region continues to expand and regional responsibilities grow, along side increased revenue sharing.

Compensation is tied directly to qualifying MPSD revenue generated through Consultants assigned to the Manager’s region and actually received by Geist Consulting. The structure also provides additional participation tied to other qualifying MPSD regions outside the assigned region with appropriate collaboration and team support.

Geist Consulting's current financial model illustrates potential annual revenue participation of approximately $182,000 in Year 2, based on a fully developed region of ten productive Consultants.

These projections are illustrative, not guaranteed earnings. Actual compensation depends on regional growth, practice conversions, patient enrollment, retention, and revenue collected by Geist Consulting.

This is a performance-based independent-contractor opportunity with no guaranteed salary, draw, retainer, or minimum income. Complete compensation terms are reviewed with qualified candidates before engagement.

FLEXIBILITY WITH RESPONSIBILITY

The Regional Manager has flexibility in carrying out the role while meeting company SOPs, Consultant needs, required meetings, compliance standards, communication expectations, and regional responsibilities. Part-time does not mean disengaged, just that it's a flexible, reduced-hour starting commitment. The Regional Manager will strengthen regional culture, communication, accountability, and performance as Consultants and markets are added, while helping develop district-level leadership across Southern Gulf, Heartland, Ohio Valley, and Great Lakes.

HOW TO APPLY

Paste your current résumé outlining your background and relevant leadership, business-development, sales, healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or management experience.

Qualified candidates may be invited to a discussion with Geist leadership.

The selected candidate should generally be prepared to begin within two to four weeks after acceptance, followed by onboarding, training, and preparation. Reasonable timing flexibility is available for an exceptional candidate.

If you enjoy developing people, building professional relationships, and growing an organization—and are comfortable with a flexible, independent-contractor, performance-based opportunity, we welcome the opportunity to learn more about you.

HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

Professional development assistance - Local - Flexible schedule

Part-time / Contract

Geist Consulting LLC

1099 Independent Contractor | Commission Only

Flexible Part-Time Start | No Four-Year Degree Required

Field-Based: Local Physician Practices

BUILD RELATIONSHIPS. DEVELOP A TERRITORY. CREATE RECURRING-INCOME POTENTIAL

Geist Consulting LLC is seeking a professional, relationship-oriented Business Development Consultant to introduce healthcare technology solutions to independent physician practices and smaller medical groups throughout the Nashville area.

This opportunity is designed for someone who enjoys meeting people face-to-face, earning the trust of decision-makers, and developing valuable business relationships over time.

Geist provides Consultants with a strategically structured territory and researched physician-practice prospects, supported by our proprietary GETIS™ and PRISM™ market-intelligence systems. This approach offers a distinct advantage over traditional sales models by providing a focused, intelligence-driven foundation for territory development and relationship building.

The initial commitment is approximately 10 hours per week. Successful territory development can lead to ongoing commission participation from qualifying business as client practices implement solutions and eligible patient enrollment grows.

ABOUT GEIST CONSULTING

Founded in 2017, Geist Consulting LLC is a healthcare-technology channel-partner marketing and business-development company.

Our Medical Practice Solutions Division (MPSD) connects qualified physician practices with established technology partners offering solutions such as Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), AI documentation and scribe tools, telemedicine, and other approved practice-level technologies.

Our Consultants focus on what they do best: developing professional relationships, identifying opportunities, and connecting interested practices with innovative healthcare solutions.

Geist's experienced technology partners provide specialized product presentations, technical expertise, implementation assistance, and closing support. This collaborative approach allows Consultants to confidently introduce sophisticated healthcare technologies while benefiting from the expertise and resources of established industry partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Visit assigned physician practices and develop relationships with physicians, practice administrators, office managers, and other decision-makers.
  • Introduce approved healthcare technology solutions and identify practice needs and potential interest.
  • Coordinate meetings between qualified clients with Geist leadership and technology-partner representatives.
  • Maintain ongoing professional relationships, providing consistent follow-through and support as practices explore and move toward implementing new healthcare programs.
  • Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and account reporting using approved systems.
  • Work collaboratively with Geist leadership and fellow Consultants, participating in team communications, sharing insights, and contributing to coordinated territory development.
  • Follow all applicable healthcare marketing, privacy, HIPAA, and professional-conduct requirements.

A STRUCTURED TERRITORY WITH REAL SUPPORT

Geist provides researched practice prospects, territory-development guidance, onboarding, two weeks of structured training, management support, reporting tools, approved marketing materials, and access to technology-partner resources.

Our proprietary GETIS™ & PRISM™ systems provide a strategic advantage by helping Consultants identify promising opportunities, prioritize professional outreach, and develop their territories with greater focus and efficiency.

Consultants complete required onboarding, compliance preparation, and field-readiness training before conducting independent field activity.

FLEXIBLE PART-TIME START

This is a field-based, independent-contractor opportunity designed to offer unique scheduling flexibility.

Consultants should initially plan to devote approximately 10 hours per week, including about five hours during normal business hours when medical practice decision-makers are accessible.

Consultants interested in accelerating their territory development have the flexibility to dedicate additional time and expand their business-development activity according to their individual goals and professional availability.

The opportunity rewards excellent communication, persistency, and consistency, as Consultants establish relationships and build their portfolio of qualifying accounts.

COMPENSATION & LONG-TERM POTENTIAL

Geist Consulting's current financial model illustrates potential second-year annual commission earnings of approximately $90,000, based on projected territory development and recurring revenue from qualifying healthcare technology accounts, including Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM).

These figures represent modeled earning potential and are not guaranteed. Actual compensation may be higher or lower depending on territory performance, participating practices, patient enrollment, and qualifying revenue collected.

Unlike traditional sales opportunities built primarily around one-time transactions, Geist offers the potential to develop ongoing residule compensation as physician practices adopt approved healthcare technologies and qualifying patient enrollment grows.

Our territory-development model anticipates an approximately three-year field-development runway, with recurring revenue opportunities that may continue to mature beyond that period.

Consultants can begin with a flexible, approximately 10-hour weekly commitment while developing business relationships and an expanding portfolio of qualifying accounts.

This is a 1099 independent-contractor, commission-only opportunity. There is no base salary, hourly wage, draw, retainer, employee benefits, or guaranteed minimum income.

Commissions are based on qualifying business developed through properly assigned accounts and qualifying revenue actually received by Geist Consulting, under the applicable Consultant agreement.

Qualified candidates advancing to a second interview can review the compensation structure, territory assumptions, and illustrative multi-year earnings scenarios in greater detail.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We welcome professionals from a broad range of relationship-driven industries, particularly pharmaceutical, medical aesthetics, wellness, medical spas (med spas), medical device, healthcare technology, B2B business development, beverage distribution and hospitality, real estate, and entrepreneurship.

We recognize that exceptional relationship-building abilities, professionalism, and business-development potential are developed through many different career paths.

Healthcare experience is helpful but not required, and a four-year college degree is not necessary.

The right candidate brings strong communication skills, professional judgment, persistence, reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

You should be comfortable visiting medical practices in person, using common business software such as Google Workspace, and maintaining accurate activity records.

We value professionals who are self-directed, coachable, organized, and committed to developing long-term business relationships.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to enter into an independent-contractor agreement.
  • Maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and appropriate automobile insurance for field visits.
  • Be available for approximately 10 hours per week initially, including time during normal medical-practice business hours.
  • Successfully complete required onboarding, compliance training, and field-readiness preparation.
  • Maintain professional conduct, reliable communication, accurate reporting, and compliance with Geist's Standard Operating Procedures.

HOW TO APPLY

Paste your current résumé below, outlining your background and relevant

We encourage you to highlight experience in professional relationship development, healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, sales, business development, account management, entrepreneurship, or other client-facing work.

Selected applicants may be invited to an initial screening conversation followed by a more detailed interview regarding the local territory, training, professional expectations, and compensation structure.

For the right professional, this opportunity combines scheduling flexibility, a researched territory, structured training, ongoing management support, recurring-income potential, and an expanding healthcare-technology portfolio.
